At Baby Mama’s Keepsakes, we take pride in offering you handmade, customized keepsakes that meet the highest quality standards. If, however, you encounter any issues with your order, we're here to help. Since our keepsakes are custom made to each order, we will only be able to issue a replacement that meet one or more of the following qualifying reasons:

Qualifying Reasons for Replacements

To be eligible for a replacement, you must initiate your request within 24 hours of receiving your order. Replacements are applicable under the following circumstances:

•  Damage During Transit: If your item arrives damaged, we are here to assist you in resolving the issue.
•  Moisture in Packaging: If you discover any moisture within the packaging of your item, please inform us immediately.
•  Incorrect Order Received: In the event that you receive an order different from your original request.
•  Lost in Transit: If your order was shipped but has been lost in transit, we will collaborate with you to find a suitable solution.

Initiating a Replacement Request

To commence the replacement process, please email us at support@babymamaskeepsakes.com and provide the necessary details. To ensure a successful request, please adhere to the following:

•  Submit your request within 24 hours of receiving your order
•  Include items that meet the aforementioned qualifying reasons
•  Include a photograph of the items (unless lost in transit)
•  Include order number and name used for order
•  Provide replacement order details, such as a new photo or color preference

Decision and Communication

Upon receiving your request, our team typically requires 2-5 business days to evaluate and reach a decision. Please note that we reserve the right to deny any replacement requests that do not meet our criteria. You will be notified via email regarding our decision, along with the subsequent steps we will take or the reasons for request denial.

We are NOT responsible for orders that were shipped to the wrong address due to the customer entering the wrong address during checkout.
