At Baby Mama’s Keepsakes, we take pride in offering you handmade, customized keepsakes that meet the highest quality standards. If, however, you encounter any issues with your order, we're here to help. Since our keepsakes are custom made to each order, we will only be able to issue a replacement that meet one or more of the following qualifying reasons:

Please note that we reserve the right to deny any replacement requests that do not meet our criteria. You will be notified via email regarding our decision, along with the subsequent steps we will take or the reasons for request denial.
We are NOT responsible for orders that were shipped to the wrong address due to the customer entering the wrong address during checkout.
